My Story

I have always had a deep passion for interior design and decorating. One day I was offered an opportunity, from my mother-in-law, to decorate a house that had been sitting on the market for a while. I took her offer in a heart beat, and went directly to the store to prepare my inventory. I staged my first house that day. The house sold in four days after staging. Little did I know, this amazing opportunity would jump-start my love and career for Home Staging. Something about staging a vacant house for some lucky family to call home, fills my heart with joy! I got the name Simply Staged AB because I love how the simplest things in life can be just as powerful and meaningful as the complex. Established January 2018.

HOME STAGING

Home staging is effective because it emphasizes a property's strengths while minimizing it's weaknesses. Staging allows a home to be shown at its maximum potential. Staging is essential for potential buyers because it helps them envision the property as their own home. A staged home sells about 70% faster than a non staged home. Contact me for more details.
